Payra Social Welfare was founded on 1 February 2011 by a group of visionary students and young volunteers united by a shared passion for humanity, education, and social justice. Their dedication and selfless service laid the foundation for a non-political, non-profit, and volunteer-driven organization that continues to inspire positive change and empower communities across Bangladesh.
