Rabin Mondal (born September 1, 1991) is a Bangladeshi Social Entrepreneur. He is the co founder of Payra Social Welfare, a non-profit organization that works with education, health, disaster management. Payra Social Welfare was established in February 2011.

Mondal was born in Barisal, Bangladesh. His father Sawpan Mondal is a farmer, mother Putul Baidya is a homemaker. He finished his schooling from Askar Kalibari Secondary School and higher secondary from Govt. Barisal College. He has complete his graduation in English Literature & Language from the department of English of Tejgaon College (National University) and post graduation in the same subject from Dhaka College ( University of Dhaka) .

In 2011 when he was 1st year student of his graduation class created Payra along with his three friends at Dhanmondi, Dhaka to help under privileged student who is unable to pay their SSC form fill up. Later on 2016 Payra changed the name to Payra Social Welfare. Payra Social Welfare has 51 members and helped more than 130 student last 7 years. It runs several medical camp in different places. Payra help students to motivate reading books, decide to higher studies. Mondal worked several volunteer camp during his graduation. He attended International Convention on Students’ Quality Control Circles in 2013 at Lucknow, India and 2018 in Dhaka , Bangladesh. He is a member of Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM)
